At Sheyam by Charvi, we aim to provide a smooth and timely delivery experience. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping our products.

Orders are processed within 48 hours and delivered within 7-8 business days after your order is placed. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or any unforeseen delays, shipment times may be extended, and we will notify you accordingly.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order via the provided link or directly through the carrier’s website.

Sheyam by Charvi is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We currently ship internationally to select countries. Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to you for the correct address, but additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Note: For any claims, unboxing video is a must with visible defect/damage.
